You have a VERY sharp eye D Man. Your analysis is right down to the bone ;-)

I do play around with the rule of thirds (if you study the old papers from Eudoxos, one of Platos pupils, it's more acurately 38 %...),
but the math doesn't always work as good for my stuff, as it did for C. W. Eckersberg and others...
[ - I almost can't belive we're having this talk on deviant ART ;-) hehehe ]
